Tourist Information Office opening times
- From 1 April to 30 September: Tuesdays to Sundays from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.
- From 1 October to 31 March:
- Tuesday to Friday: 8.00-16.00,
- Saturdays and Sundays: 10.00 am - 6.00 pm.
The Tourist Information Point and the Castle are closed:
- 1 January (New Year's Day),
- Saturday and Easter Sunday,
- 1 November
- and 24 and 25 December.

The Tourist Information Point is located in the Malt House Building and is open seven days a week.
The PIT staff at Racibórz Castle are always happy to help and provide information. Not only can you buy your ticket there, but you can also get your questions answered, buy a souvenir or download free materials.
They reward us:
- In 2013, the PIT won 3rd place in the 9th edition of the Best IT competition.
- In 2017, for the second time, the castle PIT won 3rd place in the category, in the Polish Tourist Organisation's competition for the best tourist information centres.
There are also two info kiosks inside and outside the castle, which suggest to tourists after the PIT closes where to go for interesting and active leisure activities and tasty food.
